They are very professional and do extensive research on every opportunity put on their website. The real estate deals you invest in through Property Partner can be for rent or sale. There is no minimum investment, given that you can invest from 1 GBP. Investment terms are up to 5 years, with annual returns ranging from 4% to 10%.
With Bulkestate, you can invest in development loans around Latvia. The platform has over 25,000 investments already made, with an excellent average return of 14.75%. A big plus on the Bulkestate platform is that you can already start investing from €50.
